Manufacturing, Store and Administrative Centre

We offer to sell the centre including the technology for drying sawn wood made by HB Krako company. The centre is located in Rohatec (in a part called Kolonie); 5 km to the north from Hodonín next to the main road no.55 in the South Moravian Region, which lies in the southeast of the Czech Republic on the borders with Austria and Slovakia.

Distance from Prague is 285 km, from Brno is 75 km, from Bratislava is 95 km and to Vienna is 130 km.

Technology for drying sawn wood

It is a condensation technology destined for drying sawn wood with the capacity of 5 chambers x 50 m³, total 250 m³. Condensation dry kilns need to its operations only electric power supply and they are fully automatic working, operated by computer.

Store

Store is located behind the administration building in the eastern part of the areal. Building is built up from two prefab steel halls without inner separating parts. Nowadays it is used for storing sawn timber. Built up area is 30 x 36 = 1,080 m², final building approval since 2003.

Administration Building

Administration building has the final building approval since the year 2003 and it is situated in the north part of the areal. It is separate basementless building with the main entry from the village road and the second entry from the store. Building consists of lobby, 3 offices, meeting place, archive, dressing room, wash-room and WC. Telephone and internet is at disposal. Built up area is 225.81 m².

Electricity Distribution Point

Final building approval since 2003 and built up area 47.78 m².

Property

Total built up area is 1,535 m² and total unbuilt area is 16,544 m².

All the buildings are in a very good condition and protected by electric security system attached to the Security Service. The whole areal is connected to the all engineering networks (water, gas, electricity, drainage).
